Resumo

Germes dentais de molares de fetos de camundongos com 14 ou com 17 dias foram cultivados na presença de 100 μg/ml ou 150 μg/ml tanto de aminoacetonitrila quanto de beta-aminopropionitrila. Os resultados não mostraram efeito anormal aparente sobre o desenvolvimento do germe dental.

Abstract

Molar tooth germs of mouse foetuses of 14 and 17 days were cultured in the presence of 100 μg/ml or 150 μg/ml either of aminoacetonitrile or beta-aminopropionitrile. The results did not show any apparent abnormal effect on tooth germ development .
