Alterações das enzimas lisossomais beta hexosaminidase, fosfatase ácida e aril sulfatase nos diferentes estágios da doença periodontal inflamatória

Resumo

Foi analisado nos diferentes graus evolutivos da doença periodontal inflamatória em humanos, o nível de enzimas lisossomais fosfatase ácida, beta hexosaminidase e aril sulfatase. De acordo com a análise dos resultados obtidos, nas condições em que foi realizado o estudo, pôde-se chegar às seguintes conclusões: as três enzimas aumentam de nível durante a doença periodontal inflamatória; a beta hexosaminidase mostrou uma tendência acentuada à elevação de acordo com a progressão da doença periodontal inflamatória; a aril sulfatase mostrou uma tendência a aumentar o nível principalmente nas fases incipientes da gengivite.

Abstract

For each group we have analysed the content of acid phosphatase, B-hexosaminidase and aryl sulfatase. From analysis of our results, obtained in this study conditions, the following conclusions were withdrawn: The B-hexosaminidase activity has shown a strong tendency to increase following the progression of periodontal inflammatory disease. The aryl sulfatase has shown a tendency to increase the level mainly in the initial phases of gingivitis. The tissue level of three enzymes increase during the periodontal inflammatory disease.
