Abstract

The dosage of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and fluoride was analysed in rat mandibles that received 0,25 mg F contained into a commercial product, during 30 and 60 day period, beginning at birth. The results showed that the fluoride content was greater in 30 day old rats. The calcium concentration was greater in the 60 day old rats and no alteration was observed in the phosphorus and magnesium content.
