Resumo
O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar clínica e histologicamente a ação do Nebacetin e do Gingilone, após aplicações diárias, em feridas infectadas de ratos. Os animais foram sacrificados após 4, 10 e 17 dias pós-operatórios. As peças foram tratadas, coradas em hematoxilina e eosina, analisadas na microscopia óptica e através de observações clínicas. No grupo tratado pelo Nebacetin houve aceleração da cicatrização cutânea em comparação aos grupos do Gingilone e o Controle.

Abstract
It was performed a study to exmine the cutaneous cicatrization of infected wound of skin after daily topic application of Nebacetin and Gingilone. Following clinical observations the animais were, sacrificed after 4, 10 and 17 post-operative days. The pieces were treated, analyzed, in an optical microscope. The topic application of Nebacetin showed to be more efficient in the ephitelial reparation comparatively to the Gingilone and control group.
