Abstract

The authors verified the alteration of weight for the resins utilized on aesthetic facets of fixed prosthesis either immersed or not in distilled water for different gaps of time. The results showed that the negative alteration of weight was greater when the samples were maintained dry. It was noted variation of behaviour among the materials and the time of warehousing influenced only for the first 24 hours.
