Resumo
Descreve-se a transformação das necessidades de tratamento odontológico, após a implantação de programa de saúde bucal para a população de crianças com 3 a 6 anos de idade, matriculadas em 3 Centros de Educação e Recreação em Araraquara - SP, em 1985 e em 1987.

Abstract
This paper reports the change of dental needs treatment after the implantation of a dental health program to 3 to 6 year old children enrolled in 3 Education and Recreation Centres in Araraquara-SP, in 1985 and in 1987.
