Abstract

It was studied the effect of transplacentally acquired aminoacetonitrile during 3 days on mice tooth germs development. The offsprings were sacrificed at 1, 3, 8 and 10 days after birth. The results showed that aminoacetonitrile reversibly delays the tooth germs development, once that at 8 and 10 days after birth the morphologic aspects of tooth germs are quite similar.
